If the user does not recharge the number within two weeks of registration or if there has been no activity with the number for 14 days or more and the balance on the account is 0.00 EUR, SafeUM reserves the right to withdraw the number. However, withdrawing the number does not impact the user's account functionality, including chats and calls within the SafeUM network. The recovery of the number is technically impossible, but the number will not be withdrawn if the balance is positive.
